A hotel is basically someone else’s house, where guests have to play by their rules. A luxury apartment, for the duration of the let, belongs to the lessee. The only rules there are the lessee’s own. All of which makes luxury apartments absolutely ideal both for relaxed city breaks, short countryside holidays and as a place from which to base a business trip. Holiday wise, a luxury apartment will be kitted out with all the modern conveniences imaginable: which means even rainy days offer plenty to do. And, of course, a luxury apartment has a kitchen, which means guests can cook their own meals, eating what they want, when they want. Nothing like a hotel menu to put one off one’s dinner – when all one really wanted was a pizza. This facet of the luxury apartments’ lifestyle also lends itself very well to business trips – where late running meetings or early presentations can simply deny travellers the time to use a hotel menu at all. The luxury apartments, then, give its guests a freedom they will never find in a hotel, no matter how good it is. Freedom to do what they want, when they want – without having to run into other guests or stick to hotel timetables. That means more productive business: and more enjoyable holidays.
