Vegan Diet This is true evidence that these foods can cure many illnesses, also bad fats are to be left out and the good fats are to be used. No animal foods to be used, protein foods such as legumes take the place of meat,also fish.Olive oil is the only best one to use, 50 percent raw foods daily,there is a number of different milks,rice,soya,nut milk. A variety of lovely vegatables on a daily basis,steaming them is the best way to cook them. Grain breads are very good for the digestive system,there are a great variety of vegetarian recipes available. best of luck, plenty of rest and exercise,more information is available. any questions on this subject I am very willing to give.
