As I always say, there's really no truly free way to make money online, because you still always have startup costs. But once you get past your startup costs, you do have free online marketing methods that you can use that will greatly help, and you can either spend no money or very little money.Some of those methods are article writing: you can write articles and submit them to article submission directories. You can do an online search for those. These are very time-consuming, so you're trading money for time. If you want to do it for free, you're going to have to substitute time. Time always has to be considered as a cost and that's why I say that nothing is really ever free. Even though you may not put out a lot of money from your pocket, or a lot of it, you are still spending time. That time has to be considered as a cost. So if you have that kind of time, more power to you, because writing articles is a great way to do that, if you have the time to write articles.Blogging is another, where you just set up your own web blog. You can also do that for free. Sites like blogger.com will allow you to set up your own blog, and you can post messages there and get those submitted to directories and indexed by major search engines. SEO-ing your site, which is basically search engine optimization. You can do this on your own for free.You can write free classified ads. Free classified ads can work for you if your headlines are good. If you've tested your headlines and they work well for you, than by all means, take advantage of that. Those are all ways that you can make money online for free.You can also do some classified advertising offline, such as small newspapers and magazines that allow free ads. In my area we have what's called a "Swapper," "Auto Trader." Things of that nature will allow you to put in a small free classified. Online, a lot of them aren't very responsive, but there are a few that do get a lot of use, who you can get your link out there to if you're advertising an affiliate link or something of that sort.But probably the best way is the articles. I like writing the articles; they get your advertising out there. You spend nothing but time; that's your cost there so you don't have to spend any money. Blogging is also a good way, but writing articles is probably the number one best way. Well, I don't want to say "number one," but it's definitely up there. In your top three ways to make money online for free is definitely writing a lot of articles in relation to whatever it is that you're interested in and what you're trying to sell online. So that's the way I would do it, I would write articles for that.
