I Can't Find The Time To Diet or Exersise
A True Calculation of Hours Lost.
Unless you are on some reality show you know that it seems impossible to find the time to diet and exercise the way you need. So what's the solution?
First take an assessement of the time that you do have, morning, evening, night. Be truthful about what you do with your time, are you spending too much time on non value added time consumers. The reality of it is that we tend to spend a large amount of time watching television. Most people say they just don't have time, well let's take a simple approach to this answer.
On average if you watch television 2.5 hours a day this is what happens, (come on now lets be honest and this number is really very low).
One week hours lost – 17. 5 hours One month hours lost – 75.83 hours (3.1 days a month) One year hours lost – 910 hours (that's 37.9 days yes days a year lost) 20 years -758 days or 2.07 years
Look I am not trying to discourage you; I am trying to tell you the truth. OK some will say I do not spend that much time watching television every day. I know but if you ad up for things like weekends then you will probably get an even higher average.
Just the time we spend watching the weight loss shows come up to a tremendous amount of time. 2.07 Years that is at 24 hours a day, if you figure time you sleep this figure looks more like this: 2.7 years lost (years). This is the question, what are we doing? We can make all the excuses we want but this is the biggest problem I believe that is affecting us all.
No it is not the television itself that is causing large weight gains or bad dieting habits; it is simply the time that is lost. Just take the time you now spend watching television, cut it in half use that time to focus on your diet and exercise and watch what happens.
