The back pains that we feel are caused by subluxations. It is defined as a non-alignment of one of our back bones. When one of the bones at our back is misaligned, it can lead to its wearing away for which we feel pain, soreness and finally it starts to deteriorate.

It then follows that with a correctly aligned spine, we will never feel any pain making us healthy. The subluxations in our spine irritate our nerves and these must be corrected.

You can never let these subluxations take your health away from you. All of us can have more than one subluxation in our life. It is because we cannot run away from the things that trigger it. This blockage upsets our nerves, muscles, and joints giving rise to soreness and inflammation.

Spinal subluxations are caused by the following:

1. Stress and tension

2. Sports-related injuries

3. Work-related injuries

4. Improper posture

5. Improper lifting

6. Trips and falls

7. Car mishaps

8. Poor sleeping posture

9. Sitting for long period

10. Stress to the neck during the birth process

You may be surprised to know that spinal subluxations may have taken its roots from the day you were born. Studies have shown that infants have been put into a lot of stress during delivery time. Not only that, some have even incurred injuries because of the pulling force during the delivery process.

Hence, subluxations are not only seen on adults but also on infants and children, too. It would then be sensible to submit your children for a chiropractic check-up. They may not be complaining of back pain, however, having them checked by a chiropractor is worth the effort.

Subluxations can only be detected by a chiropractor since they had received the proper training on this subject.

Not having any pain does not mean that you are healthy. Oftentimes, people who claim that they are healthy die suddenly. It is because they were not properly attuned to their bodies. They ignore the warning signals and put it aside.

If you have been experiencing pains on your neck, back, leg and hips, consult a chiropractor now before it is too late.

To remove the subluxations on your spine, a chiropractor performs spinal manipulation. This is done by giving some mild force on your vertebra to correct the misalignment.

Do not wait for the pain to get worse; check on the nearest chiropractor in your community. Having a healthy spine signifies health and wellness.
