The Fastest Way to Lose Weight

Do you want to lose weight fast? Of course! As long as it's easy too! What everybody wants is fast, easy weight loss that stays off forever - preferably without exercise and not changing our lifestyle of eating. Don't we all wish for this fantasy world? Unfortunately, this is not the way it works though. I not so sure this is unfortunate though.
As I have travelled my weight loss journey I have learned so much about myself. Some things were good and some of it not so good. I have learned where my strengths lie and my where I need help with my weaknesses. I am not just talking weight loss here. I am talking every aspect of my life. I have learned how I can follow through with my commitments when I truly commit so something. I have learned how determined I can be. I have also learned that I cannot live my life alone and be successful in the areas that I want to be successful in. I realized how much I like to talk out my successes and especially my struggles. When I talk with someone I tend to hear my own words as well as the words of the person I am talking with. I get other ideas and gleam strength from the actual act of speaking as well as the mental fortitude it gives me move forward.
I think if you could snap your fingers and you were at your perfect weight and had your perfect body that you would be missing out on the joy of the journey - the weight loss journey. I can hear you now.
"I don't care though. Losing weight is way too hard. It's too much like work and its takes way too much time! I just want to be thin." So many people in society feel this way. That is why 'weight loss and fat loss surgeries are so popular. That is why fad, lose weight quick diets are so popular. If these things worked there would be no fat people left in the world. These things don't work. They are not reaching the underlying issues of why people are fat. They are not changing the habits and the holes that people have dug themselves into.
I agree. Let's lose fat fast! I did it I lost on average of 4 lbs per week and kept it off, without surgery or diets. Come join me. Get rid of your extra spare tire once and for all!
