How To Get Six Pack Abs In Two Easy Steps

I will be completely honest with you, getting a six pack is not easy feat it and like anything worth having it requires willpower and dedication, the good news it is possible and easier than ever with these two simple steps

You must follow these steps religiously for three months to see real results

1 Be Beautiful From The Inside Out.

If you had the most impressive set of abs in the world no one will be able to appreciate their beauty under a layer of fat. To get cover worthy abs break up your usual three square meals and snacks with five or six mini meals per day. Eating little and often jumpstarts your metabolism and stops that starving feeling you get in between meals. Cut down on foods that bloat you and have little nutrional value such as

White Bread

White Past , Fizzy Drinks

Fast Food.

Sweets and Chocolate

Try healthy and delicious alternatives such as

Olive Oil

Whole Grain Breads

Fruit and Vegetables

Nuts (avoid the salted or roasted variety to lower salt and calories)

Protein such as peanut butter or eggs

Water this is essential for optimum health and hydration.

Do not be too hard on yourself you may slip up now and again but the important thing is simply getting back in the saddle and not giving up, make a conscious effort to incorporate your new healthy eating habits into your everyday life because getting a six pack will be nigh on impossible if you don't.

2 Exercise Regularly

Exercise is a must for that washboard stomach that will look so good in those low jeans. When it comes to whittling your waist and flattening your stomach cardio weightlifting and abdominal exercise ,all these exercises count towards getting the result you want. You should be aiming for three to four sessions a week and vary your session. To keep it interesting you could try a mixture of

Walking

Running

Biking

Swimming

Dance Classes

Martial Arts Classes

Choose whichever activity appeals to you as long as you stick to it, aim for thirty to forty five minutes per session and at least twice a week.

Top Tip

Mix up your routine every two weeks to keep your body guessing and changing. You could try adding weights or taking weights away or find a new form of cardio you love such as Zumba or even try a zombie run.

So there you have it follow the tips above three months religiously (it will be worth it) and even though results vary from person to person you will soon notice improvement. It may seem hard at first but just think about trying on those low cut jeans or tight dress looking fantastic and feeling fit and healthy.
