Tricks for Disney Travel

by Charles Cater

My wife, two girls, and I went to the Champs Sports Bowl the week after Christmas this year in Orlando, Fl. Little did I realize at the time of booking this trip, but this is one of the busiest times of the year for Disney. The best items coming out of this trip are about to be relayed to you. There are several do's that we discovered on this trip that will apply to any and all trips to Disney for the forseable future. Several of the tips are derived from staying offsite from Disney World. First and foremost if you are a sports fan, bring your driver, or teams flags with you and put them up on your car when you park. For those of you who don't know what the flags are watch around town when the next big sporting event occurs. You will see cars driving all around with flags of the university or local pro-team displayed. Now you are asking why do I want to put my flags up when in the parking lot? Upon ending that exciting day at Disney World you are going to return to your car. Hopefully you will remember what row you parked at, maybe you will remember between what two light poles you parked between, most likely you will not remember exactly where you parked between the poles and the flags flying high on your windows will be clearly viewable when walking to your car. They also will be viewable when you ride back out on the tram.Second item is to dress in bright colors. We are lucky in the fact that our team is bright orange. So the first day in the park we sported our team colors to show our loyalty to Clemson University. Lo and behold we could easily spot each other while moving in the park. If someone needs to sit down then they can without fear of getting lost from the others in your group. So what colors should I wear because I don't like orange. You can pick any of the primary colors (Blue, Red, Green, Yellow, Orange, Bright Purple) Just choose colors that are bright and easily spotted. The next item is doable for those that are early risers. While you are on vacation make sure that you arrive at the park when they open in the morning. This is the least crowded time of the day and you can get on most any ride that you choose. Save your fastpass for later in the day. Research Tickets on e-bay prior to leaving for your trip. If you are staying off park, buy your tickets on E-Bay and you will save approximately 25 on the ticket price. Make sure to review the sellers feedback levels prior to purchasing. But if the feedback levels are high bid with confidence on the tickets. Finally, relax and enjoy your vacation. Disney is an exciting trip for you and the kids. If things don't go exactly as planned just let it go and enjoy.Charles Cater http://www.bridalblog.infohttp://www.thewebllama.comhttp://www.travelblogger.in
