Fresh Food, Healthy Food
Canned foods are known for being higher in salts, sugars, and additives. You can try and grow vegetables in your garden, and this will eliminate the need to shop for them at the grocery store. These fresh foods are there at a cost, but the price should not actually make you shy away from them, as these foods are the best. Your family and you deserve the best foods, as you want to be healthy. Choosing organic fresh food is healthy not only for you and your body, but for the environment as well. Canned or frozen veggies on the other hand are usually packaged right after harvesting, when nutrition levels are at their highest. The real food adventure continues to excite not only me, but the recipients of my experiments as gifts, dinners, and community pot luck contributions as well as my house pets, who seem to immediately relax quietly on the kitchen floor when the vegetable chopping or stirring up eggs and butter begins. What we really need is a good and simple healthy food list to get us going in the right direction. Healthy food as well as eating habits is pleasing both to the palate and plate. However one must remember that healthy food is that the closer the food is to its natural state the healthier it is for you. Eating Fresh food is about following the seasonal divine plan. Obviously we were not designed to eat the same fare like hamburgers, and French fries all year long, or we would not have been given the God given gifts of fruits and vegetables in different seasons. However you can find a couple of different methods that you can use to get fresh foods that are not going to cost you a fortune and generally will keep much longer in storage without any processing because of the lack of storage time that they have already had by being transported across the country.
