www.tipsell.com - This is a get wholesale site. I have order many shoes from this site. They will ship your order within 2 business days after they get your payment. They offer tracking numbers on all orders. And they also offer free drop shipping. The only problem I had was about 25% of the items they have are often out of stock.
www.dhgate.com - This is a third party marketplace. With ebay style feedback so you can see what other buyers have to say. They allow you to use paypal which is great to limit the chance of fraud. I have not bought any shoes from this site because I found that the shipping costs are too high. But they do have good prices on alot of other items. Plus the site acts as a third party to make sure you get what you ordered.

www.alibaba.com - A great place to search for your own supplier. Beware only deal with Gold Suppliers.
www.tradekey.com - This is also a great place to find a supplier. Beware only deal with Goldkey Members.
