Stress is one of the events of our life. In the busy world stress could be greatly experienced by everyone in their day to day life. The major cause of stress is facing the demands day by day, adapting to a new atmosphere. The stress which occurs will never to drastic disaster. Meek and calm trauma could work as an energy booster. But if the stress level increases it would surely lead to major disasters. Stress is the reaction caused due to some actions. Stress could be observed with some symptoms and indication when people sense the stress. These indications and symptoms are categorized into four types such as Behavior, Thoughts, Feelings and Physiology. People will sense few of them when they are in great stress. Their feelings would be as listed below.•Feeling scared.•Feeling grumpy•Feeling nervous•Feeling petulantPerson experiencing the stress will experience several thoughts and ideas like.•Fear of disappointment•Lack of concentration•Stumpy self confidence•Tormenting regarding the prospect•Absentmindedness. •Worried about the opinion or errandsPerson experiencing stress will experience several activities and behaviors like •Staggering easily.•Weeping without any cause•Stand-in on impulse•Stumble to speak•Bite teeth •Usage of alcoholic drinks•Lack of enthusiasms •Higher rate of tobacco smokeThe general physiology of a person experiencing stress is•Clammy hands•Wavering mind•High level of heart beat•Exhausting easily•Mentally annoyed •Dehydration of gullet and lips•Feel sluggish •Loss of weight or increase of overindulge•Strain in décolletage •Severe back pain.•Digestive disorder problems•Severe HeadacheThere are both optimistic and pessimistic events due to the cause of stress. Life style could be changed due to the stress and strain people facing day by day in their busy life. People get stressful due to their economic condition, frustration, anxiety, antagonism and demands. As their demands are higher their stress level physically and mentally increases and it might cause several disasters like.•Pregnancy problems•Problem in working atmosphere•Geographic mobility•Disasters leading to separationsSeveral measures should be taken to minimize the stress level as most to the stress and strain can be distorted, eradicated and abolished. Several steps can be handled to minimize the level of stress.The best way to reduce and minimize the stress level is just through Laughing. As Laughter is the most excellent medicine which solves all problems. It improves the quality of behavior and makes the mind stay cool and quite without any struggle or strain. Non stop laughing could produce a hale and healthy wellbeing. Mind is kept free from worries and anxiety. This will automatically reduce the stress level and helps to concentrate and think well in all the activities.The pulse of the heart pace and respiration will get back to normal by Leisure deep breath. Relaxation of mind and body will help to reduce the tension of the muscle. Controlling the blood pressure and heart rate will minimize the rate of stress. Healthy and balanced food stuff, Regular exercises and good relaxation of mind and body will help in reducing the stress. Manage and reduce the exposure towards stress. Don’t make it a practice to get easily annoyed and get excess emotions.
