WOW Magic Sing By The Filipinos For The Filipino
In the Philippines, Magic Sing is used to promote tourism by showcasing tourism spots as picture background. Department of Tourism and WOW Magic Sing agreed to cooperate in this endeavor to take advantage of the portability of the device to advocate awareness to tourism. How and when did it start?
WOW Magic Sing is owned by Inajiffy Enterprises. Inajiffy Enterprises first started as a one stop shop printing company in 1998 which as then called In-A-Jiffy Printing. Coincidentally,Young In Kim of Young Sung Corp from Korea have also introduced portable videoke, a fully functional videoke in microphone packaging, to the Philippine market in the same year. This came to the attention of Mr. Sanchez, owner of In-A-Jiffy Printing, of the many possibilities selling portable videoke in the Philippines. And in 1999, this came into reality.
In 1999, Mr. Sanchez became actively involved in financing the sourcing of the portbale videoke microphone from Enter-Tech (ET) of korea, which carry the brand FAMAX, Magic Sing along, Any Sing among others. In-A-Jiffy started importing dirctly from Korea in 2000.
On 2001, In-A-Jiffy Printing was changed into Inajiffy Enterprises or IAJE headed by its President/CEO Mr. Sanchez. It was also in this year that dealership of MAgicsing Videoke became widespread throughout the Philippines with all major appliance store chains carrying the brand.
In 2003, along with the Department of Tourism and Pfizer Bonamine, IAJE saw that magicsing videoke can showcase the Philippines' best places and festivities and can be used as tourism promoting tool. And to accommodate this major leap in the industry, IAJE adapted a new name for the magicsing microphones in which they called WOW Magic Sing Premium.
WOW Magic Sing Premium features the best travel destination, festival, flora, and fauna in the Philippines as picture background. It aims to create a sense of nationalism among Filipinos and to showcase to the world the beauty of the Philippines.
