This is a big reason for people overeating; they eat a large meal and after 10 minutes they don't feel full so they eat even more food. After 10 minutes, they become very uneasy. Avoid eating a lot of huge amounts of sugary foods Sugar adds a pleasant sweet taste to a lot of things you put it in, so it's not surprising that we all love it so much. While it's virtually impossible to totally avoid sugar, you can cut down on how much you consume. Consider consuming fruit or a low-sugar dessert over the usual sugar-laden dessert. See if you can drink diet soda pops instead of the ones that contain a lot of sugar.
