My wife and I had been saving up for a down payment to buy our own home for a few of years, because we hated sharing a wall with a man who would blare his rap music late at night, so we started looking for homes for sale in Parkland. Finally, we found a home that met the needs of our family wonderfully and we got approved for a loan and made an offer.
We waited on pins and needles to hear back to see if our loan was approved, and it seemed like ages to hear the fantastic news that we got the house. We were ecstatic and thanked our realtor profusely and started packing up our belongings. Within a matter of six short weeks, we were totally moved in and settled in our beautiful new home and I definitely loved being able to lay back and relax without being bombarded by loud obnoxious noise from a neighbor just on the other side of the wall.
