So how many glasses of water should you drink daily? Most experts agree that no less than 8 glasses of non caffeinated liquid, a day are enough to keep the body well tuned. That of course, does not include such liquids as coffee or caffeinated tea. If you can't handle plain water, add a few drops of lemon juice which also has tremendous health benefits. Always remember, the body only registers you are thirsty following the fact.
