Energy spared and renewable, interaction between producer and consumer ever more automated and cheaper. Propriety stays on as a fundamental right, but its very perception is shacked from within. People start trusting each other more and realize the benefits of sharing. Share your car, share your house, share your property!Well, we want to take a step into that direction. As for the ecology, we do what we can. Our office power is coming from entirely renewable sources, our use of paper and ink is reduced to the maximum, we do our own recycling of paper. More then that the very idea of using somebody else’s place instead of a hotel is ecologic. Owners that rent through us short term don’t do it for the money, since the local market would by and large pay more. They either sublet while they’re away for business or long holidays or rent short term in the perspective of selling or using the property themselves in the medium term. In other words the apartments we list instead of just being empty they’re used by tourists sparing about 70 on hotels. This is meant to benefit both and, at the same time, to slow down or possibly halt the growth of conglomerate hotels which take away space to residents and generally justify a more consumerist style of spending one’s holiday.We ask our clients to limit their use of energy and, to make the plea more stringent, put a limit on the allowance of utility use calculated on the base of average consumption. We make longer stays much more convenient then shorter ones in economical terms, thus giving incentive to a more stable way of living one’s holiday as opposed to the slash and burn of modern touring. On the other hand we push the owners to take ever more responsibility and rule on each rental in exchange for a lower intermediation fee.We conduct our business 24/7 doing our best to make everybody happy. We’re simple people taking our task and responsibility seriously everyday. We don’t have much power or big money. We have a vision of the future and a motto: SHARE!
