WHAT IS SPARKLE-BAZAAR? Sparkle-Bazaar is an internet-only business, selling
fine jewelry as well as fashion jewelry. We are
dedicated to customer service. Our standards are set
very high and we try to give the same service we would
expect for ourselves from others. We are dedicated to
serving you in a professional and courteous manner. If
you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact us

business at present, we expect to grow dramatically as
we strive to keep pace with the ever-changing world of
jewelry design and the desires of our customers. Our
jewelry is obtained from all over the world. We carry

all types of simulated stones and genuine stones making
up attractive settings; all this at an affordable price.

present but expect to grow dramatically. Our goal is to
supply the most current, up-to-date products available
so that our customers know Sparkle-Bazaar is the place
to shop for any jewelry needs. There are, however,
certain types of jewelry we choose not to supply, due to
our own personal ethics. We pledge to never lose sight
of what our cvustomers expect from us. A lot of
promises are often made in the buainess world that are
never fulfilled, eventually resulting in failure as
customers are disappointed in the service given them.
We encourage our customers to contact us with
suggestions, as well as any ways in which we can better
serve you. We realize that our customers depend upon us
for excellent customer service; our customers drive our
business. To that extent, it is our philosophy to treat
every customer as if they were our only customer.
PRIVACY POLICY We are very aware of the absolute need for privacy.
Sparkle-Bazaar will not sell or distribute your
identifying information to anyone outside of
Sparkle-Bazaar or its business affiliates. Our goal in
requesting data and other information online is to
provide you with the most personalized service possible.
By knowing your buying choices and preferences,
Sparkle-Bazaar will be able to deliver relevant
information that meets your needs. Occasionally we use
your email address to communicate with you about orders,
delivery status, or product availability. We will treat
all communications with you, whether on the telephone,
mail or online, as confidential. We do not give, sell,
rent, lease or share private customer information to
anyone for the purposes of commercial solicitation. We
will only disclose customer information when our
customer has granted us permission to share such
information, whether it is for fulfillment of order
processing (for example, your information is given to
UPS for shipment), or when required to do so by law
enforcement. We use the highest standard of encryption
technology available to protect customer credit card
information submitted to us for transactions. Only
authorized managerial staff are able to access customer
information of any kind.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY Sparkle-Bazaar guarantees that the product you order
will arrive in good condition as described or we will
allow you the option of returning the item for an
exchange or refund. Jewelry that has not been damaged
or altered may be returned up to seven(7) days from the
time of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (S&H
and special services are not refundable ever), no
questions asked. Damaged or used jewelry cannot be
returned; if it is returned damaged or obviously used,
we cannot restock the item, so it will not be refunded.
On jewelry that is custom made just for you, we invest a
great deal in getting it made specifically for you; due
to the personalized nature of the jewelry it is hard to
resell it. When you order you pay up-front because you
are putting a deposit on custom made jewelry and the
expense and effort it takes to produce the jewelry for
you. For that reason, we cannot give refunds on
customized items (sizing of the items within 5-12 is not
considered highly customized). Please make sure you are
ordering correctly on these items. All labels and tags
must be attached when you return an item. Credit will
be processed to the credit card originally charged, no
exceptions.
