Furthermore, after doing much research, Jenifer also managed to come across food which can help give you whiter teeth. This would be strawberries as it contains natural whitening agents. What you can do is mash the fruit up and use it like it's toothpaste and brush your teeth with it. Make sure you brush with regular toothpaste after to get rid of color and such.
