Creating A Memorable Bowling Theme Party
A charity bowling event is one great way to get some exercise, raise some money for a good cause and have fun all in the same place. The only thing missing is the guests and the only way to get guest there to help out with this event is to send out Bowling theme party invitations. With this being about having as many people as possible to raise money, creating a guest list of friends, family, neighbors, co-workers and more. Two sets of invitations can be sent out, one inviting the guest in general these could have a basic design with the needed information. The second invites would have the same information, with a bowling ball design on them and asking for bowlers either to pair up or pair them the day of the event. Included in this set of party invitations would a pledge sheet as way to get more interest and support.
A bowling alley will generally donate space for a charity bowling theme party, just add the party supplies. Giving the place a celebration appearance will make the place feel festive and can provide more information about the event. Go through the bowling alley and count the number of tables and chairs, look over the layout and visualize the setup. The next step would be to gather the party supplies, like colorful balloons, utensils and napkins, and some folding chairs. Include finding balloons in as many different colors as possible, each color then would be used to mark each bowling station. These can be used to designate the different teams.
Prizes will be needed to give out to the winners at the end of the tournament, so be sure to include several of these in the list of party supplies. Start with decorative printable paper, some ribbon and a frames. Once each contestant has verified their planned attendance print off an letter of thank you award for each. Plus print off some blank ones in case last minute players show up or are substituted on the day of the event. Take the printed paper and roll each one of them in the same direction, wrap the ribbon around each one and tie. This process is going to be best done with two or more people to help with these steps and to complete this step in a timely fashion.
