Preparation is very important if you are planning to do something and construction is no exception. Having such a system in place not only ensures that the construction work proceeds well as planned and completed within a determined period but ensures that workers carry out their work with very minimal interruption. The dangers and risks at a construction site are bound to change with time as the construction proceeds towards its completion. A properly planned Quality Control System should be able to take this into account and be able to accommodate any changes. Some risks that may have not there will come up and others will be no more. The essential part of a Quality Control System depends in its ability to give instruction in assisting an injured employee who has received treatment and ready to return to work. The system should show how such a worker needs to be assessed and the worker only accepted back to work upon ascertaining that he/she is in pre-injury state. In the event that the concerned worker has been disabled in any way, the system should provide for a compensation mechanism.

No employee would like to assist injuries at a construction area and all employees will strive to allow their work are as safe as possible. For this reason, it is essential to acknowledge them on the Quality Control System regarding to their welfare at the work area. Doing this will make them feel cared for and part of the system. They will not only know from where to obtain materials for use but also know what to do and who to approach in case of an eventuality.
