WI Gun Laws and your 2nd amendment
Wisconsin has extremely strict weapon laws; it is one of just 2 states that entirely forbids any individual from holding concealed tools. A loaded weapon in a car is considered a concealed tool, which is unlawful. Holding a concealed tool (including other non-gun weapons such as knives) is a class A misdemeanor. For some individuals, carrying any weapon openly is not permitted under any circumstances. If anyone voluntarily supplies a gun to somebody who is disqualified to have one, they are subject to a felony charge. Various other acts that are unlawful include possession of a firearm while inebriated, pointing a weapon at an additional individual (unless in self defense), and any type of irresponsible handling of a tool. In spite of some efforts from lawmakers, freely holding a weapon is RULED OUT disorderly conduct unless the owner is acting out in any of the above manners. Law enforcement officers and military workers are exceptions to the majority of these rules and are typically enabled to carry hidden weapons, particularly in their automobiles.
