Beef Tapa best for breakfast

Beef recipe a really flexible meal for every Filipino beef can be cook that way you want it to be cook. But what more satisfying to serve a beef recipe for breakfast Breakfast is the most important menu for the whole day and they serve this meal very special yet a swift way to cook will be the fit most for dish in this menu. I tasted one dish in which they combined three different meals in a plate and the combination was great. They call “TAPSILOG” in Filipino language which derived three combination of dish it is the Beef Tapa(Cured Beef), Sinangag(fried rice) and Itlog(fried egg). The fried rice and the fried are obviously the easiest to cook so I don’t prepare the procedure to cook them and just list down the procedure on how to cook the special beef tapa(cured beef). This is a simple procedure to make a special meal. You can make it by night so you could marinate the sirloins overnight for better taste.

INGREDIENTS: ½ kg. Beef sirloins (Sliced into thin strips) 3 pcs. Of calamansi 1 cups of soy sauce. 2 tps. Black pepper. 2 pcs. Garlic (crushed) 1 tps. Worstershire sauce 1 – 2 tsp. Salt (to tasted) 3 – 6 tps. Sugar (to tasted)

PROCEDURE: 1. In a bowl place the beef sirloins and mix all the ingredients. Calamansi, soy sauce, black pepper, garlic, worstershire sauce, salt and the sugar. 2. After, mixing all the ingredients evenly cover it and place it in the refrigirator overnight. In the way the taste will penetrate the beef for much better taste. 3. Once it was marinated overnight, separate the beef from the mixture and drain it to make sure that it is completely drain use strainer to make sure that the liquid substance is separated to it. 4. Then after draining it, place the fying pan in heat then put an oil to it until the oil is enough. 5. Fry the beef sirloin now and occassionaly put small amouth of water to avoid the beef from shrinking. 6. After frying it you can now serve it with one cup of fried rice and the beef tapa on top and place the egg as a side dish.

Although the preparation may take some time. But when you cookl it in the next morning you’ll finish this quickly You can do it by night so the next morning. Because you use natural preservatives like sugar and salt. You can be sure that it will last long and it will not spoil easily so you can make it and just cook it the other day or the other next day. Its all depends on you
