Great Home Business: Congratulations!!!

Perplexed?

There are people who do a great job running an online home business along with household chores and looking after kids, and if you are one of them, congratulations are in order. And if you are not running an online home business, or doing so, but not able to manage work and home, then you need to learn from those who are doing it well. Can you actually manage toddlers, change nappies, make three meals, and still run a successful online business from home? Well, you certainly can! Here's how.

Nap Time: Get your work done when your little one is sleeping. Mothers tend to get a neat chunk of time while their kids are asleep. Make it a point to put your child to sleep at a particular time so that it evolves into a daily routine. This ensures you have peaceful working hours, your work is done on time, with nothing pending except more business.

Engage them: Know what your kid best likes, some may happily sketch away, others tend to play a lot and a few love watching cartoons on TV. Engage them in their interest and leave it to them. This ensures that your child learns, and you get a couple of hours to get your pound of flesh. Remember the trick is to let them be. Do not run to them, each time they so much as yawn. Create a habit for you and them.

Nanny: Invest in a nanny. Lot's of home business owners do it. It's worth it, because you are going to be making big money on the side. If not for the entire day, hire a nanny just for the hours you have to work. Kids may like the company of others for a while; they tend to learn from different people, leaving you to focus on your work. Anyway you and your child need a break, from each other.

Night Prowler: Engage yourself at night when your little one is fast asleep. You may enjoy working at night, but do not over do your job and sleep very late. Couple of hours are good enough for a start and may be say; 2-3 times a week.If you want to work during the day, turn in early at night, so you can make most of the day.

Bond & Share: Share your chores with your hubby. Do not try to do it all yourself. Believe us, it is quite impossible to do, and you are not super woman. Brush away any guilt of making your spouse toil. Your kids will learn to take responsibility and delegate too, as they watch you share yours. This way you manage your time efficiently to generate enough extra money to buy your hubby that expensive new gadget he's been eying.

Don't give in to tantrums: Most kids fuss only if they are hungry or sleepy. These are the two basic essential things a kid would want. Ensure that your kid is well fed and well rested so that he/she doesn't pester you while you are busy doing your work.

Appreciate your child: Acknowledge your child for being good, appreciate him/her with hugs and kisses and lots of pampering, and words of praise; say something like 'because you helped mommy do her work, it's time for us to cuddle for a story' this will drive them to be well behaved, and you get to create a successful online business.

Managing time and multitasking are the two most important traits for a home based business owner. There will be days you would be at your wits end when running a home business. Some well thought out, expert advice can certainly help.
