Convenient Protein/Peptide Assay BioAssay Systems' protein/peptide ultra-sensitive assay is a "mix-and-read" type. It is optimized for use on our handheld fluorometer (cat# FL360450), which allows protein or peptide determination to be completed within minutes. This system provides similar results as typical table-top fluorometers Cholesterol Assay but at a low cost, which makes it ideal for laboratories without a fluorometer and on a tight budget.
Key Features Linear detection range: 0 to 200 µg/mL (BSA). Detection limit: 5 µg/mL (50 ng/mL if larger sample volume is used). Typical precision (CV%): <5% at 25 µg/mL; <3% at 200 µg/mL. Assay time: 10 min. Versatility: ideal for laboratory and field use. Built-in memory: saves data, which can be retrieved for analysis by a USB interface. Product Information QuantiFluo™ Protein Assay Kit: cat# QFPR-200, sufficient for approximately 200 assays. Shipping and storage: The kit is shipped at room temperature. Shelf life: 6 months after receipt. Fluorometer 360/450: cat# FL360450. Other Applications Currently Available For Fluorometer FL360450 - Ammonia/Ammonium (cat# DNH3-200) - DNA quantification (cat# QFDN-250) - Formaldehyde (cat# DFOR-100)
