Jog With The Kids In A Double Jogging Swivel Stroller

If you are a mother of two and a jogger you don't have to give up the running. If your nanny has not arrived before you are scheduled to go to work and you want to jog, just put the kids in a double jogging stroller and off you go. The double jogger can be stored easily in your garage for quick access and you can load the kids for your early morning jog.
Kids that are between the ages of 6 and 6 months love to ride in the double stroller because they can eat a snack, drink juice, play with their toys and enjoy the outdoor run all at the same time. For the parent, it is not any more difficult to jog with 2 than it is with 1 especially if you have the correct swivel stroller.
The swivel is important because it allows for maneuverability and flexibility that may be required to react quickly while on the run. If a car is moving very fast and you are crossing the street, you may have to swerve quickly just to get out of the way. A feature that some of these double strollers offer, is a swivel lock on the front wheel. If the mother would like to run fast, a fixed wheel is better because it reduces the chances of the stroller experiencing trouble. The child will always enjoy a nice smooth ride because the wheels are bump resistant.
Combining the health benefits of exercise for the mother, with the mother and child being able to stay together, is a wonderful way to live. Mom should never have to give up what she loves to stay at home just to watch the children. Exercise is an important stress reliever and young moms certainly have plenty of that. Breathing fresh air and getting cardio exercise helps relieve stress and tensions.
