You're Not Doing It Correctly

You've tried something and it didn't work.
Whether it's trying to get the job you want, try out a new opportunity, achieve a goal or simply building a business - it just doesn't seem to be working for you.
You see, a lot of people in the world are just doing something because they are; well… "doing".
We're not going to debate about whose way is right or wrong. No.
But here's the thing.
If you decide to do something, you have to do the BEST that you can. And note that "doing" and "trying" are 2 different things, you can't try, you have to do.
Well, what does "doing the best" actually mean? In a nutshell, it just means you have to give it your everything. You go 100%. You just don't do things with the hope that it'll be successful -- you make it a point to make sure it WILL be successful by making preparations, do consistent monitoring and so on.
BE the best in all that you do.
If your goal is to become fit, then be the fittest person you can ever be. Or else don't do it because if you're exercising for the sake of exercising, you're not going to obtain the kind of fitness you've set out for.
If you want to be a speaker, then be the best speaker you can be. Whether or not you become the best speaker in the world is irrelevant, you must believe that you really are the best speaker in your mind.
Sometimes it does sound arrogant to call yourself THE BEST. You may find yourself feeling uncomfortable about it at the beginning but after you start believing in yourself, you start seeing yourself in a different light -- that you CAN actually achieve what you want.
Now, let's talk about the "secret" to become highly successful.
You see, successful people understand a very powerful principle of obtaining success in life - it's called, mastery.
All successful and wealthy people in the world are masters in their craft. Actually, not so successful people too are masters - the only difference is, they did not master on the skillset and knowledge that can bring higher yield.
For example, a gardener is very good at nurturing plants and trees. A lot of people will not be able to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature with a gardener's efforts because they are not masters in the art of gardening. Therefore, a gardener is a master in what he is good at.
Now, can you think what would be the skillset or knowledge which you've acquired mastery level? Then ask yourself -- are you using them well to bring you greater success and wealth that you deserve to have?
Your mastery can only exist if you're doing the best for what you want and you want TO BE the best.
Just so you know, interestingly enough, you're the best because there is only one unique you in this world. No one can be a better You.
