This is what you should eat on an average day,iron,fibre and protins,You should not eat chocolate,sweets,Burgers,chips,cakes and biscuits. This it what you should drink,water,milk and fruit juice,You should not drink difrent kinds of fizzy drinks. This is what you should do for exerise,swimming,walking,jumping,joging,running and sports,You should not watch telu on a sunny day and playing on the computer. You should sleep so you get some time to rest from all that exersiseing.
