RAD Ballet Wear For The Royal Academy Of Dance Ballet Examinations

Academy of Dance Ballet is one of the most prestigious ballet academy in the world. Only navy, black, burgundy and lavender practice skirts are allowed for those over sixth grade. Nevertheless, a neat and tidy hairstyle is also crucial to succeed in the ballet exam.

Now, we will move to male ballet exam takers. Male RAD examination students are required to dress themselves in navy or black and white or pale blue. As for footwear, it is highly recommended that they wear black leather ballet shoes with either white socks or black tights. The boys can choose to wear blue or white sleeveless leotards with navy or black shorts. Others might also choose to combine navy blue tights with white sleeveless leotard.
