Do You Want An All Cash Buyer For Your Home?

If you are like most of the people in the world you cannot get your head around paying all cash for my house. Some might have a good sized down payment and some money for the first few payments, but the entire house? It would be a great thing to be able to sell to an all cash buyer.

I wonder how many people manage to get cash for their home while I'm struggling to find a qualified buyer. I had a home for sale for months and had no luck finding anyone willing to have a fast house sale, let alone pay all cash. I had done extensive repairs along with having it professional cleaned like my Realtor said. I had my largest investment that I had dropped a lot of money on in the hopes of maybe breaking even in the end.

My realtor had a great first month of showings, interest, and even an offer. The offer fell through though as the buyer couldn't get the amount of financing they needed. This was all very discouraging. I heard of people having success with a fast house sale and were even paid cash. I thought it sounded too good to be true so I didn't pursue it. I mean, how I can expect an investor to give me a fair deal on my house when a qualified real estate agent can't seem to manage that. The agent is getting paid so I thought they would be working extra hard to earn that commission in this slow market. What I didn't realize is that my agent had numerous houses in the area and was working with all of the sellers. Some were able to price theirs lower than mine and they had upgrades that I didn't. The agent was aware of which ones would sell and which wouldn't so they put all their effort into the ones that they thought had a better chance of selling. Mine was not on that list. I can respect that about the agent as they have a job to do but I also knew I had to sell my house for cash.

In order for me to get cash for my house, I had to figure out some important things. First I had to find who would buy my house fast for a fair price. Secondly I had to realize in order to be done with this property, I had to settle for a price that would work, not make me a profit necessarily. Thirdly, I had to remain emotionally detached from the situation. I had to sell my house for cash. I had to move on. I couldn't keep remembering all the memories in the house but use the pictures, videos, and stories to be what I had from the house, not necessarily the house itself. It was draining me financially to be burdened with the house and I needed a fresh start. I found my local network member was able to look over my house, offer me a fair price, and close it professionally within two weeks. I received cash for my house! I never thought it was possible but it happened. I did have to lower my expectations for a final price but when I think about paying more on a house and then possibly losing it to foreclosure, a little less in the final price saved me money and my future, which is priceless.

After finding a buyer who buys houses for cash, my view on the real estate sales process has been changed permanently. Since they had the money on hand I did not have to worry about the financing falling apart at the last minute because of some small detail. Getting cash for my house was a dream come true for me and my family.
