How To Lower Blood Pressure In A Week!

In this article, I'm going to appeal to your common sense. I beg you to be open minded and not swallow raw, everything the medical business is feeding you.

Why do I ask you to do that?

It's simple. What is the first point, any official health site, discussing high blood pressure, tries to pressure?

They use all their effort to talk you into that the only method that works for hypertension is prescription drugs. Yes, they may mention other things like exercising or changing diet, but that's only a secondary thing mentioned in a paragraph or two.

And by the way. They claim, once you're on these medications, there is no way to get off them. And all blood pressure drugs have serious side effects. So think about it.

And the cause for high blood pressure, in their opinion is...

No1 – Unknown reasons

No2 – Genetic reasons

No3 – Other illnesses

And one more time, the treatment...

Medications, Medications, Medication!

Even the doctors themselves admit that most often they don't know what's causing the high blood pressure. But they refuse to look at any other method than using drugs.

But if you look at it rationally, you can figure out what causes hypertension in two seconds.

You've probably been in a situation where your blood pressure ski-rocket, haven't you?

Weren't you engaged in a very stressful situation when this happened?

Your body was actually reacting to the situation in a very functional way, when it raised your pressure.

You see, in a stressful situations, your body jumps into an “Emergency” flight or fight mood.

This is a mechanism, responsible for saving the lives of your forefathers. It was (and still is) essential to be able to run away from or fight predators.

When you reach flight or fight mood, your muscles get tense and your blood pressure roars.

There is a big problem with the modern world. We engage in stressful situations like that every day. We're surrounded by people we don't know. Some of them may even be murderers or human predators. At best, in every workplace there is someone ready to compete with you and take your job.

The pressure from the world is also different. We've a “life standard” to reach and the dread of not fulfilling it. Money worries are probably the biggest stress factor in most people's life and I believe it kills more people than anything else.

Money doesn't kill but money worries do.

I only take this as an example. It could be anything you're stressed about that causes you hypertension. Isn't your mind nagging at you pretty much every day?

So what can you do?

There is very limited chance to drastically change the world. But you can take a few minutes brake!

You don't have to become an enlighten yoga master. A few minutes, focused brake is all your mind needs to recover and be better suited to deal with all the stress we're faced with day out and day in. And your blood pressure will drop drastically.

The best part is how quickly this works. Even people suffering from hyper high blood pressure are usually off medications and back to normal pressure within a week of working my exercises.
