Chatting With Sugardaddies Using "H" And "I" Acronyms

by Andrea Carless

Chatting is a fun experience. Certainly it is a communication step up from e-mailing each other. Through chatting, you get to know your ideal matches more. Since it's more impromptu than e-mails, it's also a good avenue to see if you and your match indeed have chemistry.

However, when you chat, it's understandable that you should shorten words and use acronyms instead of long phrases. What are chat acronyms? These are abbreviations of words that you can commonly read in chat rooms. So you're gonna "HTH" and have a good time while learning these "H" and "I" acronyms:

HT - Hi There or Hello There. This is a informal greeting that you send to someone whom you don't know or who you are not familiar with in the chat room. Especially if you're in a public chat room, you can make your greeting more formal by spelling out "hi" or "hello" instead of typing out the acronym only.

HTH - Hope This Helps. It's obviously used when you want to offer help to someone or vice versa. This usually means that you are looking for some information and either someone has it or has access to it ad gives it to you. Like for instance "Do u know where 2 look 4 gud cookies here?" and your chat mate replies, "U can try the bakery along Main St. They sell gud pastry. "HTH," meaning "Do you know where to look for good cookies here?" and "Try the bakery along the Main Street. They sell good pastry. Hope this helps." And we also hope that this example will help you out.

IAC/ IAE - In Any Case/ In Any Event. Used in the same context as you would use the phrase in real life.

IDK - I Don't Know. This is such a common acronym that's even used in daily talk everywhere. You can easily learn what each antonym means for they are words phrases used everyday.

IDGI - I Don't Get It. Through an application, I just found out that "IDGI." Not a good thing though. You can use this when you don't understand what your chat mate is talking about.

IK/ IKR - I Know/ I Know, Right? This is also a common chat acronym, and yes, it's one of my common words used in Twitter as well. It's the opposite to the clueless "IDK" and "IDGI." After this, hopefully you can type in more acronyms and use them correctly."

Learn these acronyms and get a head start in getting your matches.
