Oracle 11 g is an Object Relational Database Management System, it was released in year 2009.Oracle database 11g version which contains large amount of data with full flexibility, managing capabilities, more efficient of storing data and secures information.
There are more features in 11G version compare to Oracle 8i,9i,10g.There are new components to install, which increase Optimal Flexible Architecture(OFA).Which represents data files, restoring information, flash recovery concept.
Oracle 11g database which produce real applications to test and let to know if any issues arises in software application. Oracle 11g database which can also handle large amount of data, it also stores large amount of objects in database. This performs best in file system.
Before introducing Oracle 11g,there are two types of Objects named CLOB’S AND BLOB’S,CLOB’S said to be “Classified large Objects” whereas “BLOB’S said to be Binary Large Objects”. In oracle 10g these two types of objects are not possible to work. To enhance this factor oracle 11g has been introduced which secures large object files.
