Self improvement is one of the most popular categories of product. You can choose among countless courses, ebooks, articles and print books. At the same time, many people have bought many of these products and are still not where they want to be. It seems very many people are aware of what to do but they just don't do it. Another problem is that people try something for a while, get bored with it and quit.
