Love And Life Meditation For The Law Of Attraction
Get yourself in a quiet room that will give you a few moments of privacy for ten to 20 minutes.
Take a moment and gaze at this meditation without reading it. Simply look at the page and words and tell yourself that you are love, life, and abundance.
Think and focus about what you want right now. Just choose one thing. Such as a relationship or job.
Follow the steps below...
1. Sit down in a chair and place your hands gently on your lap with your feet on the floor. Then close your eyes after reading each step below for two to five minutes.
2. Now do a progressive relaxation exercise. Simply whisper each body part starting from your head to your feet and relax each part one at a time for a minute or two. Then open your eyes and read the next step.
3. When you're completely relaxed, imagine yourself on top of a staircase looking down at the "you", that you desire to be. Make this person, very strong, with harmony and joy. It is important to visualize how you would feel, look, smell, etc. on your perfect day. Imagine that there are 20 steps down to the perfect you. Then open your eyes and read the next step.
4. Now start to walk down that staircase while slowly counting to 20. On the 20th count, you should be at the bottom next to the perfect you that you visualized. Go ahead and walk around her/him. Notice how she looks, feels, smells, etc. Then, imagine yourself stepping inside this person you created. Feel her/his essence and what it feels like to be her/him. Then open your eyes and read the next step.
5. When you are finished, count from from five to one, and tell yourself: "When I count down to one, I will feel confident and happy. Better than I have ever felt. I will be do and act as if I am the person that I created at the bottom of the stairs. I will be the person that I was put on this earth to be. The perfect person that the Universe created. I will now feel every cell in my being respond to the goodness that I have created in the person that I have visualized. I am grateful and I feel serene. I embody the love and harmony. Five... four... three... two... one. Wide awake!"
