Just breathe, be and experience. All disease, lack and<br>limitation is illusion and a result of fear and limiting beliefs. I am comfortable in this body and on this earth, yet<br>realize my true nature is limitless spirit. All my needs are<br>supplied according to my openness to learning and trusting.<br>Daily Affirmation for Harmony: (Chakra 2) Located just below the naval<br>I feel feelings and emotions as they arise, acknowledge what they represent and release them. I open to life as<br>it is, realizing that life does not happen to me, but all circumstance is a result of past action and lessons I need<br>to learn. I open up to answers, guidance and healing energy and allow myself to accept what is, realizing the<br>answers are always available if I choose to see them. I relax into the process of life without fear or vulnerability<br>because I trust myself, my judgment and the Universe.<br>Daily Affirmation for Power: (Chakra 3) Located just below the ribcage<br>My will is strong and focused because I now accept who and what I am and what I want. I no longer look to<br>things or others for self-worth. I blow the dust way from dreams long buried, fearlessly choose to embrace<br>them and find a way to make them real. I choose relationships and activities that empower me and support my<br>Higher self. I express myself directly, but tactfully, as it takes more strength to be gentle. I remain open, readily<br>admit my mistakes and use what I learn, as true power absorbs and uses information. The nature of spirit is<br>power because it is creative, infinite, balanced and adaptable. I am Spirit. I am Power.<br>Daily Affirmation for Love: (Chakra 4) Located in the center of chest<br>I know that real love is not possessive, conditional, mere attraction or words. Love is the all encompassing<br>substance of the Universe. It is the blood in the infinite body of God and transcends all fear, doubt, pettiness<br>and judgment because it is the essence of Eternal Spirit. I am this Spirit. I AM this LOVE. When tempted to fear<br>or doubt, I am reminded I am LOVE and there is peace and supply. When moved to anger or judgment, I<br>instead choose LOVE and there is understanding, forgiveness and compassion. In any negative thought,<br>circumstance or situation I call upon the Supreme power of LOVE to reveal the teaching, dissolve the obstacle<br>and bring comfort. I AM this LOVE.<br>Daily Affirmation for Persuasion and Creativity: (Chakra 5) Located in throat area<br>I speak out and express clearly what I am feeling and what I am about, but always with discretion and gentle<br>thoughtfulness - not to impress, but to empower. People want to hear what I have to say because I am<br>confident, caring, open and honest. It is clear I have something of value to share and people are attracted to<br>this. This expression of truth magnetizes me to goodness and attracts the cooperation of others in<br>accomplishing my heart's desires. I now let go of old programming and embrace and nurture my latent creative<br>talents. This is my connection to the Divine Flow and is the source of my own unique contribution to joy, giving,<br>peace and receiving that I experience.<br>Daily Affirmation for Intuition: (Chakra 6) Located between eyebrows<br>Knowledge and guidance is always available to me in every moment as hunches, gut feelings and intuition. As I<br>continue to focus on learning and transforming, the obstacles to clear sight diminish. Unlike wishful thinking,<br>which is tainted with misperception and negative beliefs, I can trust my inner vision. It is a real and reliable<br>guide, a Divine guidance system. I realize life is a Cosmic Journey, the mystery unfolding in direct proportion to<br>my willingness to expose every illusion I have substituted for truth. When lapsing into ignorance, or acting in<br>opposition to my Higher Self I remain blind and lost. Yet when operating in wisdom and understanding I am<br>effortlessly led to greater awareness, abundance, peace and fulfillment in every moment.<br>Daily Affirmation for Serenity: (Chakra 7) At the crown of the head<br>I now open to Higher Wisdom and Knowledge. I am full and satisfied in the moment, engaging the world and<br>carrying out my duties, but above it all, realizing that all is a Divine play designed to bring us back to realization<br>of self as immortal spirit. All things - nature, experiences, relationships, work, creativity, meditation and<br>pleasure, are paths of learning to bring this ultimate insight.
