Secrets To Build Muscle Quickly and Easily
Looking back, I can't believe I was ever so under weight.
It was in that second that I decided to change things. I no longer wanted to be the small guy. Instead I wanted to become one of the strong muscular guys.
Over the next 11 months, I packed on over 55 pounds (25kg) of lean, beautiful muscle. Now all my mates come to me with questions about gaining muscle
This is the advice I tell them
First tip: If you want to get big, then you have eat a ton. The truth is that if you are as small as I was, you have to eat a lot of calories if you want to grow.
You can go to the gym as much as you like, but you are not going to get that muscular size without eating over 3 and a half thousand calories of good quality foods per day. Its that simple. Eat lots of brown rice, tuna, chicken, brown bread, veggies, steaks, protein shakes. Aim for a mix of 40% protein, 40% Carbs and 20% essential fatsover 6 to 8 meals per day. Eating right made my gains, energy and strength go through the roof.
2. Learn a good workout routine. I saw so many guys at the gym doing the same exercises or not making any progress. Whilst I kept adding weight and looking bigger every time I went to the gym. This was because most guys never get a real workout routine organized, or they keep switching their routines before they see any progress. Its so disheartening to look back at all your work and see no progress.
Thirdly. When you get to the gym- make it count. Try to avoid distractions- talking to friends, large water breaks etc and get focused on your goals. You are in the gym for 1 reason only- that is To build muscle mass fast! You can always talk to people before and after your workout, but when you are in the zone, really make it count. Always aim to do better than your last workout. Pushing yourself to the edge in every rep.
4. Another way to get the best gains is to use some staple supplements. These are safe products like creatine and whey protein powder which have been scientifically proven to get good improvements. They are no replacement by any means to a healthy meal diet and workout routine but they can be that little extra which helps you gain mass and lose fat quicker.
If you follow my advice you should change your body fast.
Decide to actually follow through now and get the body that you deserve.
