Micellar Casein

Micellar Casein is a protein isolate derived from fresh pasteurised skimmed milk. It is a natural protein, not to be confused with caseinates which are made from manufactured processes. Micellar Casein regularly provides 80% casein protein and 20% whey protein.

Why the fuss about protein? Protein is the fuel for active muscles. Normal suggested dosages for the average adult is a 32 gram scoop mixed with milk or water between one and three times per day.
