Having A Better Body Doesn't Need To Be Such A Drag

One of the best way of losing weight is eating six times a day. You may think that this is impossible, but it is really effective because it gives your body fuel the ability to build more muscle. The only problem is, some think this is such a hassle to ever go through with but it really does work.

Trying to eat at least six standard meals per day sounds like such a hassle. Normal people simply don't have this type of time. What's not a hassle is eating three meals and three snacks. You're used to having three meals per day. The only changes that you really need to do is moderating your meal portions and adding some snacks to your everyday meals.

Let's say you wake up at 7AM. Your three actual meals should come at 7AM, 1PM and 7PM. Then you can have snacks at around 10 AM, 4 PM and 10 PM. It's fine if your eating schedule doesn't meet these exact times. The important thing is you eat as soon as possible when you get up, and then continue to eat once every three to four hours.

Fiber One Bars

Some people shy away from these bars because they're a processed food. While they may not be perfect, their benefits outweigh any downsides.

Fiber One bars are only around 150 calories. Though it may not seem much, it is enough to keep you full, the fact that they have 35% of your daily needed fiber, it will keep you to feel hungry between your meals form breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.

Another reason they're great is they are so easy to take with you. Simply put one or two in your laptop bag or purse, and you'll be able to pull one out when it's time to eat.

Fiber One bars are affordable and actually taste good. It most probably comes in packs of 5, but there are also some packs that are available which has 10 pieces. Flavors include oats & peanut butter, oats & strawberries with almonds, oats & caramel and oats & chocolate.

Almonds

This is a great choice for your last snack of the day. Almonds gives you the type of fat that is actually very good and healthy for your body. You also don't have to worry about them spiking your blood sugar before bed. Munching 13 an hour or two before you go to bed will keep you from having the late night munchies. Just make sure you opt for the raw and unsalted type.

Water

While it's a liquid and not a food, drinking water throughout the day will help keep your appetite under control. It will also keep your energy high and ensure your overall sense of well being. The combination of eating every three to four hours and staying hydrated will prevent your body from tempting you into impulsively pigging out.

Shoot for at least a glass of water each time you eat. Though six glasses of water may let you think it's too much, drinking it the whole day long isn't that hard at all.
