Slatwall works in so many ways. It can save you a lot of time and money when it comes to your merchandising budget. Slatwall is very sturdy and can hold on to its attractive appearance for many years. This is even true if you rearrange your slatwall regularly.
Slatwall accessories make all the difference in a retail store. You have so many options when it comes to slatwall accessories, that you are bound to find a place for everything you need to display. Not only can you easily create an attractive display, but it is fairly inexpensive and very convenient to use.
One size fits all racks are becoming a thing of the past. Not only do they hide the garments that you wish to sell, but they crumple them up. They make people have to dig and look for things that they might want to buy. Items end up on the floor, damaged from being pulled around on a hanger, or they are just simply never seen. This can be frustrating for you and for your customers. Not only that, it could end up costing you. Not only are you losing merchandise, but you are not selling it either.
Slatwall serves a lot of very important functions. It not only displays your clothing where everyone can see the entire garment, but it also makes a lot of usable space in your store. You can limit racks to only hold one or two items. This will allow your customers to easily browse without ever having to touch the garments. Everything will be where they can see it. Customers and potential customers can see your inventory from outside of the store. Glass fronts and window displays will allow people passing by to check out what you have got. You can prominently display new merchandise in the front of the store.
When you have crowded racks, shoplifters can easily slide their hands between clothing and be hidden from sight. Thieves prefer crowded racks to neat organized displays that use slatwall. Slatwall allows you to put more expensive clothing up high. This not only makes it more visible to customers approaching your store, but it also makes it necessary for interested customers to talk to your staff when they want the garment taken down. This can greatly decrease losses that you may be experiencing from shoplifters. If your employees are more aware of what is going on, then they will be more effective at deterring shoplifters from attempting to steal from you.
Consider slatwall when merchandising your retail store. Not only can you protect your merchandise from shoplifting and damage, but you will create the space that only slatwall can provide.
