Exercising Is The Key
I've been talking to friends as to how I can best serve all of you after these 12 lessons are over. Some of these friends who are in the fitness arena have offered to help me write an informative monthly newsletter filled with work out ideas as well as diet and nutrition suggestions. I'm also planning audio and DVD programs. Another important component will be the daily touches with the e mails that I send.
I keep coming back to the progress that you've made to this point. It's a good thing that you have taken a step to improve your health. I've seen incredible results from this program for myself and others and I know that the exercises that I have shown you and the other ideas and suggestions that I've shared with you will continue to have a very positive impact on your life and many other lives. It's important to remember that it's really is a matter of sticking to something once you've started.
It's important that you understand. I've been involved in exercise and changing people's lives for the better for nearly my entire life. In that time I've learned much and continue to strive to put this knowledge into a system that can help many people. You have raised your hand to be a part of this program and by doing so your experience and your testimonials will help me explain the value of this program to many more people worldwide. You are a very important group of people in furthering the expansion of this very worthwhile exercise program.
My last point is a very important one. When we come to the end of this 12 lesson session you will need to make a decision. That decision will be to stop with this program and move onto something else or to continue on with my program in some type of fashion. Here is my point. You've bought into me and my way of doing things. We've developed a very nice relationship. You've trusted that I can make a difference for you. I urge you to continue to trust in this relationship and what it can do for you. I believe that you've chosen well and because of that I will present a program with different levels of involvement and different levels of cost that I hope will be doable for many of you. When you are presented with these options here are some questions that you must ask yourself:
1. Have I seen benefits from involvement in this program. If so, how important are those benefits to me?
2. Do I believe that there is more to learn and more benefit to derive from this program?
3. Do I believe that Fred Nicklaus is the person who can help me achieve my fitness and healthy lifestyle goals?
4. How important is it for me to progress and find new and exciting ideas and ways to improve my fitness and health levels?
5. What is the value of a good idea and learning how to incorporate that good idea into my daily life? (example- exercise, breathing, healthy attitude, healthy lifestyle)
I am very confident that I can serve your healthy lifestyle needs for a long time. It's been a pleasure working with you and I hope to continue the relationship for a long time.
