A Household Staffing Company Can Improve Your Life
I am so happy that I found the right household staffing company and by proxy the right household staff. We spent several months attempting to get a nanny for our special little guy Thomas Junior but it was impossible to find the right person. We tried Craigslist which we should have known would get weird really quick. Then we asked through friends. No one we tried out was right and that's when we realized we needed help. We were not going to be able to do this on our own. We had to find a reputable household staffing company and see how they could help us.
When we found the right person for the job we were incredibly impressed. Our new nanny was exceptional with Thomas right from the start. You would have thought they were blood relatives as opposed to two people thrust together by the whims of a nanny agency. We were so relieved that we could go back to work and not sit in fear of some child care agency's panicked phone calls in the middle of a meeting.
We were so impressed with the household staffing company that we used them again several times. First when my parents went through a rough patch. My father had just had surgery and Mom was not really the same as she had always been. I knew that we needed to get them a little help for around the house. The senior caregiver was so kind to my parents and the shift from part time to full time when things got worse was really great peace of mind. No one wants to leave their folks' or their child in someone else's care but since these things are inevitable at some point we are lucky to have a household staffing company in our corner.
Lately we have been considering a household manager to come in and manage meals and cleaning around our home. Honestly this time around we never once considered another spot to find the person. If we can trust a household staffing company with our child and our parents our apartment is a no-brainer. We have really gone a long way in making things cozy for us here. We are so glad the people over at that company have helped us live easier!
