Timing and price are also considerations. Look at the fat content to determine whether a specific supplement would work best before or after your session. Cost is also a factor, and some of the top choices can also be the most expensive. There are many recipes for homemade shakes and other beverages that may provide the same benefits at a fraction of the cost. Consider what works best for your budget when deciding.
