Of course it should be pointed out that cell phone numbers are not a part of any directory listing as our landline number.

Cell phone numbers can be associated with the persons name however if on some website the person has entered contact information along with her name which is made public. Then of course that page to be indexed by the major search engines and then made available for searches using that number and the persons name.

If an Internet search with the persons name and phone number do not produce a listing for the person being searched for, there are online directories and paid for services that are far more accurate and reliable than a simple and free Internet search for a missing person. Many of these services can take the persons name and phone number and input them into their database and often times have a result within seconds. Although these services do charge a fee when they find a person for you, oftentimes they will not charge your credit card unless a successful search is completed. Be sure and check with their terms of service and see what their guarantees are and exactly what they charge for.
