How to simply lose weight

All the experts tell you how to lose weight, but the advice is misleading. They tell you what you need to do - but, who wants to do it? There is never a real plan to get you where you need to be. It seems like such a hard thing to do. The alternatives to being fat aren't very appealing. Diet, deprive yourself, work out like a madman. All the fat coming from the experts is making us fat!

Do you want to really lose weight? Then I am going to tell you where you are going wrong and how you can fix it. Fat is a state of mind, a depression, that makes us unable to be free of the disgusting, horrible way we perceive ourselves.

First off, you must from this day forward think of yourself as thin. Don't dare get on a scale for at least one month! Your clothes will reveal the true weight loss. Eat whatever you want. You heard me - whatever you want. Eat 3 good meals a day and try to make healthier choices, but for goodness sakes make some fried chicken and mashed potatoes every now and then, and guess what - have dessert. Don't deprive your body of anything and pretty soon you and you alone can decide what you want to eliminate; not what some expert tells you to. Losing weight is about you having "control". So eat what you want, when you want and you be the judge as to what you what you can do without.

I am sorry but the only way to lose weight is through exercise. You know it is true, but do it smart - not hard. I don't mean grueling, never-ending rituals that you don't want to do. I mean enjoying a nice, brisk walk or taking an hour to turn on the music and stretch. Buy some dumbells and use them. A routine of 40 minutes a day will get it off. Only work out on weekdays and take the weekend off - you deserve it. Relax your mind while you are exercising. One other critical component is to buy a heart rate monitor and stay in your fat burning zone. Fat runners will never lose weight because they are working over their fat burning zone and burning carbs and sugar. Walk with a heart rate monitor and watch the weight melt off. Lift weight for 40 minutes 5 times a week and it will really come off. As the clothes loosen, you will be filled with confidence and freedom. Enjoy life - don't kid yourself though, you know your body needs to move - so move it! It is that simple. Stretching, walking, dancing and weight lifing are all great choices to take 40 minutes out of your day and think, focus on your body and your mind and start to feel young again. Would you like to eat whatever you want and make your exercise time the most efficient, impactful it can be? Don't make it difficult or hard. Work out smart and deliberate for that 40 minutes and your body will reward you. That is how you start and it is the same way you will get to the finish line in first place.
