Start writing and recording as many songs as possible and get opinions on which ones are pitch worthy. 5. Decide who your song plugger will be. You or a hired Gun. 6. Take a moment an write out an organized plan for the following twelve months. It's relatively easy. You need to take daily and consistent massive action. That's how you start your own personal music publishing company.
