As a beginner, aren’t you wondering on how does the stock market work? Well I know you have. Who wouldn’t right? Well anyway, before going any further, I would like to brief you on what does stock market means.

So, stocks ownerships of a company. This does not refer to the whole thing but it refers to a part of it. Now when stock market is involved, it is now all about the selling of shares for a company to gain investments and funds. They want to go public so that people would know what they are offering.

Now, let's go down to the real issue. So how does the stock market really, really work? I mean what does it do that is different from other market classifications?

So first of all, I would like to elaborate on how does the stock market work. Just like any other markets, stock markets work in the same way and have the same people involve. Meaning it involves the process of buying and selling of a certain product between two individuals with different aims. Now the buyers aim is to purchase the amount with the amount that is already imprinted on their minds while in the sellers side, their aim is to sell the price on the amount that they have intended it to be sold. So because there would always be a conflict in both sides, the purchaser would now make a bid until such time that the bid would be satisfactory to his/her. Now before the bidding starts, the seller had already taken down the prices he/she wants which the goods should be sold. On the process proper, the price of the good would actually go higher or lower depending on the event. For example, if the demand for that item is not that high anymore but you are still selling it on a higher price which would lead in the bidding process you would have to make the prices lower than the actual price. Now because we are talking about stocks we will be focusing on that, the basis for the buying of the product would be if the stock has the ability to improve more and prosper a lot in the future and if would be able to support its stockholders and the company itself in the coming years.

Are you still wondering how does stock market work? Well anyway, stocks are usually sold online now because of the advancement of our technology. If you want, you could buy. But if you are going to purchase it face-to-face, make sure you know the actual selling price of the good so that you won't be tricked.
