Build Bigger Muscles And Lose Your Belly

If you are tired of the muffin top look and the saggy love handles then maybe it is time that you get off the couch and do something to fix that. It is now time to get down to work and stop making so many excuses.

Many people will go about losing fat the wrong way. I have seen many people who will eat very little and then do an extreme amount of cardio. This is because they are attempting to take in less calories than they consumed and lose fat, right? Yes, usually this is the reason.

There is one problem with their plan. Whenever you do not properly feed yourself your body is going to start eating the muscle instead of the fat. Whenever this happens your body will actually burn less calories than it normally would because the muscles are going. You may think you're losing fat because the scale is going down but in fact you may be losing muscle.

What you need to do is think about building muscle to lose fat. Whenever you have more muscle in your body you will see pretty quickly that you will lose more weight when you have muscle. This is because your body will burn more calories even when your body is resting.

There are some easy ways to gain muscle but many people are afraid to go after them. Especially women are afraid to go after the muscle gaining workouts because they think that they might "bulk up." The good news is that women were not designed to bulk up. If you're a woman you will however get nice, learn muscles. Men you will get toned and fit looking and once you burn that fat off you could even have a six pack hiding underneath.

To gain muscle you have to do something to push that muscle beyond what it is used to doing. You shouldn't do a lot of reps either. What you should be doing is using weights that are heavy enough to make you fail. Failing means that you attempt to lift the weight but you literally will not be able to do that last repetition. Whenever you work out this way you are going to find yourself building muscle very quickly.

Whenever you do these work outs you need to make sure that you are fueling yourself properly and can make it through your work out. You need to have plenty of protein and fiber in your diet. Eat lean meat and plenty of vegetables.
