One Box, Many Uses
Corrugated boxes can come in handy in many ways from food packaging to storing school supplies. If you are moving, you can use these boxes to move small items from place to place and you can get many different sizes. The fact that they are corrugated ensures that they are nice and strong so that they do not fall apart. There would be no point of a box that could fall apart with a little bit of weight. You should be able to fill the box with books up to the brim and not worry about it tearing when you begin to transfer your belongings from house to house.
When children are little, they bring home many projects from school. Unfortunately, you cannot keep everything. You can keep all of these special items in boxes and keep them in a waterproof place down the basement or in a closet somewhere in the house. They might bring as home as many as three different projects that they made at school and after being in school for about two hundred days that is a lot of projects. They begin to pile up and the only thing you can do is keep the special ones and throw away the ones that they do not want. You should let them pick the ones that are special but do not tell them you are going to throw out the others. When your child comes home from school each day, put their projects on the fridge and at the end of the week, take them down and throw out the ones that they do not want. You will have access to these in the future because eventually you might want to look back on this later on in life.
In an office space, you may not want to spend a lot of money buying cabinets and baskets for shelves. If this is the case, you can always buy sturdy boxes at an office supply shop and use them to store all of your documents. You can keep file folder in them and if you ever need to take them home, you can put the lid on it and shove it in your car; there is no hassle at all.
When moving from house to house, it can get crazy. Try using boxes to separate items in your household. Put all kitchen items in the boxes labeled kitchen and so on. This way, when you get all of your belongings out of the moving truck, you will not have to sift through each box to find what you are looking for. Organization can make things much easier.
Moving and storage are not the only uses for these cardboard boxes. You can cut up the box and give your child the cardboard to use as a surface to paint on or use it to protect your floors while painting furniture. One item may seem useless to some people, but if you get creative, you can find many different uses for one thing.
