Natural sleep remedy can sometimes mean establishing a consistent bedtime routine that helps promote a good night's sleep. It just means that you're teaching your body to learn how to get ready for sleep at certain time, after certain schedule of events; like taking a bath, or excising before bed time. Taking relaxing and warm bubble bath is most often a good bedtime regimen. Aromatherapy can be used in a bath, with any or a combination of these herbs: Lime flower, mint, chamomile, lavender, hops, rose, neroli, passion flower, ylang-ylang and vetiver. Taking baths, and drinking milk and honey before bedtime, will relax the body and make it ready and eager to fall asleep.

Outside of the herbal sleep remedy, listening to music is another way to help with restful night of sleep. Listen to calming and quiet music before going to bed. For some people, playing sounds like that of quiet rain, ocean waves and gentle jungle noises help them sleep better.
