Learn Street Martial Arts Designed Behind Prison Bars!

by Stephen Graystone

I am about to share a collection of the best street martial arts moves and techniques I have personally used and have learned in many battles. I am a guy that has fought behind prison bars, I have been a bouncer in a busy dangerous nightclub for the past 4 years and have fought my whole life. I am a modern day warrior and the advice I am about to share with you is the real deal when it comes to street self defense.

Learn street martial arts moves #1 - If you are not able to knock someone out with a punch your second best move is to attack your opponents eye sockets. If you can't get into that location of the face with finger jabs, the next target you want to strike is his throat with sudden impact type strikes. Another target on the human head is to strike the temples which are about half an inch in front of the ears on the human head. If you can't win a street fight with a knock out punch try these street martial arts moves instead,

Learn street martial arts moves #2 - If you are going to throw kicks at your attacker keep the kicks below his waist. You don't want to try aiming at his head and going for a knock out kick. It might work in the mixed martial arts and in Taekwondo but it has no valid place on the streets. If you get knocked down and thrown to the ground after a failed head kick you are sitting in serious trouble. Keep all your kicks aimed at the groin, feet, shins and knee caps. Those are the only places on your opponents body you should hit with kicks.

Learn street martial arts moves #3 - The next best tip that I can give you is to train often with weights and cardio endurance. You want to be able to fight off a bigger meaner attacker, and if you are sucking back a 2 litre of coke and a bag of chips every day, you are a walking victim waiting to be attacked. It doesn't matter if you are older or weaker being able to train with weights or even training in a martial arts school are two of the best things you can do to improve your street martial arts training.

You want to be able to protect yourself and if you can't that is your own problem. Study martial arts and train often to stay safe.
